Month 72 - Providence Golf Club - 2/27/2010

After historic storms crushed most of the United States, the panic had set in. Quat e-mailed courses in Maryland, Virginia and even North Carolina. After making tee times all over the coast, we kept calling places to see if the snow had melted. After many calls, we had our plan. Nutt and Quat met at Sheetz on Route 8 at 4 AM and began the trek for this historic round. As we got closer to Fredericksburg, VA, we used a netbook and googled a new course. We found Providence Golf Club in Richmond, VA and made a 10:30 AM tee time. We played the round and the 6th year was in the books. We drove home and were back in our homes at 9 PM.
